This is the third set of Fritzing parts that I’ve made. The first set of parts, along with details about Fritzing and about part creation, can be found here. The second set can be found here. As with the previous two sets, these are generally parts that I’ve needed for my own projects.
The parts are as follows:
- HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Distance Sensor
- 60 x 90 mm Solar Panel
- Water Level Sensor
- DSN-DVM-368L Digital Voltmeter
- MPS20N0040D-D Sphygmomanometer
- NeoPixel V2
- I2C Logic Level Converter Module
- MQ-3 Breakout Board
- Barrel Power Connectors
- ZE-4F180 Water Solenoid
The parts will be released via the Fritzing parts repository (code.google.com/p/fritzing/issues/detail?id=2753). Links will be added to the list above.
If you’d like to make a request for the next set, please leave the following details in the comment section below:
- The name of the board/module
- The outside dimensions in millimeters
- Details about each pin (i.e. name — e.g. VCC, GND, SDA)
- An image of it at a reasonable resolution (as close to parallel to the image plane as possible)
Hi Richard,
thank you for making these great Fritzing parts!
At the moment I am searching for a widely spread breadboard power supply (labeled YwRobot 545043, also known as MB102). Unfortunately I had no success finding it as a Fritzing part. Dimensions should be 2.1in x 1.4in (~ 53mm x 35mm).
An image can be found here: http://www.petervis.com/Raspberry_PI/Breadboard_Power_Supply/YwRobot_Breadboard_Power_Supply/YwRobot_Breadboard_Power_Supply.gif
The pins are labeled on the PCB (there aren´t that much as it´s just a power supply).
It would be great if it´s added to the next set.
Thanks a lot!
Hello Alexander,
Thanks. I have that part, and I am currently working on making the Fritzing part for it. Unfortunately, I’ll be quite busy over the next few weeks, so I can’t give an exact completion date. That said, at the moment, I foresee it being done by the third week of November.
-Richard
Hi Richard,
great news! Thanks a lot!
Hello Alexander,
The breadboard view is done, and I’m just about finished with the other two views. I’ll test the part today or tomorrow, after which it’ll be ready. Thanks for your patience.
-Richard
Hello Richard,
Thank you for spending time on developing these parts!
awesome
Hello Alexander,
Here’s the part that you requested (random bug in Fritzing caused a bit of a delay): download.omnigatherum.ca/YwRobot_Breadboard_Power_Supply_v2.fzpz
Let me know if there are any issues. Thanks.
-Richard
Hi Richard,
thx
it looks great!
There are just two little improvements that could be made: Connectors could be made “male” in order to be able to put it on a breadboard and get connection without wiring. The other thing would be the size. Tried it with fritzing breadboards and connections don´t fit exactly with power lines (could also be using my fault by taking the wrong breadboard). Just changed the size a bit by myself (quick&dirty) to about the dimensions I found online (55mm x 35mm) and then it fits. Made a small Fritzing picture for better illustration: http://abload.de/img/ywrobot_breadboards3ipit.png (left is your part, right is mine with described changes [though ugly]).
Don´t know if thats a lot of work for you to change properly but that might be useful
Again: Thanks for your work, never could do such great artwork by myself.
Hello Alexander,
Thank you :). It’s strange because my module has slightly different hole spacings (maybe it’s defective? – I only have one, so its hard to check). Anyhow, I’ve determined the spacings for the (default) Fritzing breadboard and I’ll make the changes to the part in the next day or two so that the power lines match up (and so there are male connectors). Thank you for pointing those issues out.
-Richard
Hello Alexander,
Here is the updated part (with spacing corrected and male connectors): download.omnigatherum.ca/YwRobot_Breadboard_Power_Supply_v4.fzpz
Please let me know if there are any issues. Thank you for your patience.
-Richard
Hello Richard,
awesome – now it fits perfectly. Nothing to complain about this time
Hello Alexander,
Thank you. That’s good to hear.
-Richard
Where can I find the MQ-3 breakout board part? Thank you.
Hello Daniel,
Thank you for your comment. I’ll hopefully have the part finished in a few days.
-Richard
Hello Daniel,
I’ve updated the post with a link to the MQ-3 breakout board. Please let me know if there are any issues. Thanks.
-Richard
Hello Richard, do you have the HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Distance Sensor? it is possibly that you can share that specific part with me? Thaks a lot in advance.
Hello Luis,
Thank you for your comment. I will try to have the Fritzing part done in the next few days.
-Richard
Hello Luis,
My apologies for the delay. The post has been updated with a link to the requested part. Please let me know if there are any issues with it.
-Richard
Hey Richard, love your Watermeter sensor.. but would also love to get my hands on the ZE-4F180 Water Solenoid as its the exact type I managed to find! Cheers
Hello Jamin,
Sorry for the delay. I’m a bit busy at the moment, so the finished part will take a while to get out. I’ll reply to your comment again when I’ve uploaded it.
-Richard
Hi Richard. Do you have the water level/depth sensor finished? I tried hard to find it and you are the only one that may have done it. Thank you!
Hello José,
Thank you for your comment. The post has been updated with a link to the part. Please let me know if there are any issues with it.
-Richard
Hey Richard!
Sorry to bother. I was looking for that same sensor. I can’t download it from the link: when I open it, a page with random carachters opens. The URL of the page is “http://download.omnigatherum.ca/Water_Level_Sensor.fzpz”.
Do you know how can I get that file?
Thanks in advance!
Hello António,
Thank you for your comment. Can you try right-clicking on the link and saving the file? That seems to have worked for others.
-Richard
Hello Richard
Thank you for all the work you are doing. In these time I personaly have problems uploading the parts you publishe. I was curious about how to export the parts to Fritzing
Hello Joseph,
In Fritzing, in the top right corner of the “Parts” panel, there is a drop down menu (“Hamburger”-style icon) with an “Import…” menu option. Select that then navigate to the location of the downloaded “.fzpz” file. I hope that helps.
-Richard
Hi guys, thanks for the activities around creating a fritzing part. However, the download links do not work, all I get is server errors. Is it at a new location maybe?
Thanks
Joe
Hello Joe,
The YwRobot Breadboard Power Supply part can be found here: http://omnigatherum.ca/wp/?p=262
-Richard
Hello,
I am sorry to bother you but I am trying to download the third set of your Fritzing parts but I can’t find the download link. Could you please help me?
Thank you,
Hello Carlos,
Thank you for your comment. There are three parts in the third set that are complete – the download links are in the parts list above. (I usually make just the breadboard view, since that is all I need for my projects.)
-Richard
Richard,
Thank you for the quick reply and I am sorry… I don’t know how I missed the links.
Hello Carlos,
No problem. I hope the parts are useful to you.
-Richard
Hi there,
Could you add a link to the Neopixel? Thanks.
Hello James,
The post has been updated with a link to the requested part. Please let me know if you have any problems with it.

hi,
is there a fritzing file for:
5V 1 Channel Power Relay
i can not find it.
Hello Dan,
Thank you for your comment. There is a 1 Channel Power Relay located in the fourth set of parts. Please let me know if there are any issues with the part.
-Richard
Hi Richard,
Regarding the YwBobot Power Supply Module (545043 or MB1 V2) that you created around December, 2015. I clicked on the download link and the page that came up was filled with code (except the last few lines that had some file names.
I bought an Arduino UNO R3 along with an Elegoo (YwRobot?) Super Starter Kit from Amazon. Within the kit is the Elegoo 545043 PSM, which I would like to use while ‘fritzing’ some examples. The closest part I can find is from SparkFun, and it is far from what the 545043 is.
A former respondant named: Alexander stated that he downloaded your YwRobot part and works perfectly. However, I do not know where or how to download this part.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you (in advance).
Woodsman
Hello Woodsman,
Thank you for your comment. The YwRobot Breadboard Power Supply MB-V2 can be downloaded from the fourth set of parts, located here: http://omnigatherum.ca/wp/?p=262. If you are having issues downloading the part, please try right-clicking on the link and saving it that way.

Hello Woodsman,
The parts linked to in the comments on this page were deleted. An improved version of the Power Supply Module was posted in the fourth set (here: http://omnigatherum.ca/wp/?p=262). If clicking the download link is still causing problems, can you try right-clicking on the link and saving the file?

Hi Richard,
I’m looking for your third set , is it available ?
Merci
Daniel
Hello Daniel,
Thank you for your comment. Anything with a URL can be downloaded (for the third set, #1, #3, #6, and #8). If there is no URL, it has not yet been made into a complete part. Is there a particular part that you are most interested in? (Note: I usually just make the breadboard view, as that is all that I need for my own projects, but I can make a complete part for you.) As well, apologies for the delay – I only just saw your comment due to the spam filtering.
-Richard
Hi Richard
How do we upload or export these parts to fritzing?
